In order to report a scammer, you need one of the following things
1) A picture Of the chat
2) A txt file of the chat
Then, you give the proof of scam to an admin/mod and they will take care of the ban for you! We do not like scammers therefore we won't go to soft with the bans
Help With Paypal
If you need help with paypal and you are trying to buy something
1) Ask the MM ( would be best choice )
2) Ask The customer/seller
3) PM an admin
